Tythe House Refurbishment & Design Project - Brighton

This grade II listed building was restored and refurbished by James Willing of James Willing Design.

James has extensive interior design and project management experience, sympathetically working on grade I and grade II listed buildings in London and the South of England, including Villa Renoir in the south of France, Chichester Terrace, West Drive and Eastern Terrace in Brighton.

Tythe House has been project managed by James Willing and worked on by a dedicated team of master craftsmen, restorers and artisans inside and out. The interiors and exterior space has been carefully refurbished using traditional paints and fabrics, fusing a classic 1930’s/medieval accent with a modern cosy twist.

James' style and understanding of transforming interior spaces brings about creations of exceptional style, harmony and balance. He also occasionally designs the interiors of wedding and party venues and was responsible for the styling of the Beckham Wedding and other parties for members of the royal family.

He has worked with the BBC and management consultants, McKinsey & Company amongst others. With an extraordinary eye for detail and design, his ability to transform space gives example of his exceptional creative abilities.
